Welcome to Yin ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using yin-yang.life (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Yin is an entertainment and self-reflection product that generates psychological readings inspired by Korean Four Pillars (Saju) tradition and modern psychology. Readings are AI-generated. Yin does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or professional advice and must not be used as a substitute for any of those.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Yin you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid readings, credit packs, and subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Don't use Yin to harass, defame, or harm anyone; don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell readings; don't upload other people's personal data without their consent.
The Yin name, wordmark, seal mark, and all original content are ours. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use.
AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or feel personal by coincidence. Treat Yin as art and reflection, not prophecy.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yin is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
