Refund Policy

We want you to feel the reading was worth it. Here's how refunds work.

Deep Reports (one-time purchases)

Because each report is generated on demand using AI compute, all sales are final once the report has been delivered. If the report fails to generate or is empty due to a technical error on our side, we will either regenerate it for free or refund you in full — your choice. Email clubvisionair@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Credit packs

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Already-paid months are not pro-rated or refunded, but you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Duplicate or accidental charges

Always refunded in full. Email us with the transaction date and amount.

How to request a refund

Email clubvisionair@gmail.com from the address on your account. Include the order date and a brief reason. We typically respond within 2 business days and refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days after approval.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under EU, UK, or local consumer-protection law.
