Your inner life is sacred. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
Account data: email, name (optional), authentication identifiers.
Birth data: birth date, time, and location you provide for your reading. This is the core input.
Chat & report content: your questions to the oracle and the AI-generated readings.
Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.
Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and basic analytics events.
To generate your readings, deliver paid features, prevent fraud, improve the product, and contact you about your account. Birth data is only used to compute your chart and personalize readings — never sold.
Your prompts and birth code are sent to AI model providers (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI) via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate your reading. These providers process the data under their own privacy terms and do not train on your data when accessed through the gateway.
We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), AI providers (reading generation), and email senders (transactional email). We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (Supabase) with row-level security and encryption in transit. Servers are located in the EU/US region you signed up from.
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing clubvisionair@gmail.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR; in California, under CCPA. We'll respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for login sessions and minimal analytics to understand product usage. No third-party advertising cookies.
Yin is not for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
